Step 1: Draw a line segment AB = 6 cm using ruler

Step 2: Using compass and taking A as center draw an arc with radius = 5cm

Step 3: again using compass & taking B as center & radius = 4 cm, draw an arc such that it intersect earlier arc at point C

Step 4: Join AC & BC

Triangle is constructed

To draw an isoscelles triangle of same area

Keeping Base = AB = 6 cm Using Compass Draw pependicular bisector

of AB

Now Draw a Line Parallel to AB passing through C

Paralle line passing through C cut Perpendicualr bisector at point D

Join AD & BD

Triangle ABD is isoscelles triangle with Same area as Triangle ABC
