1 . TROGNOMETRY TABLE

Angle A 0° 30° 45° 60° 90°

sin A 0 1/2 1/√2 √3/2 1

cos A 1 √3/2 1/√2 1/2 0

tanA 0 1/√3 1 √3 ----

cosec A ---- 2 √2 2/√3 1

sec A 1 2/√3 √2 2 ---

cot A --- √3 1 1/√3 0

2. cot A = 4/3 B/P

By Pythagoras Theorem find Hypotenuse

√4sq + √3 sq

√16 sq +√9 sq

√25 cm

Hypotenuse = 5cm

SIN A = 3/5

COS A = 4/5

TAN A = 3/4

SEC A = 5/4

COSEC A = 5/3
