Agaricus , it is a fungus. It is commonly known as mushroom . It is a saprophytic fungus generally found on soil humus.

It's old generic name is psalliota

Is is generally grow during rainy season or in moist place.

In India there are only 17 species are found

Reproduction are found by 3 types

Vegetative reproduction

Asexual and

sexual reproduction

Species of mushroom are available in different types

Some are poisonous and some are eatable
