The kidney plays a very important role in our excretory system.
We have one pair of bean-shaped kidneys that remove waste products and excess liquid (water) from our body as Urine.
The kidney consists of:-
1) Nephrons
2) Renal corpuscles or Malpighian body
Renal corpuscles have two parts
a) Glomerulus:- This part absorbs protein part from blood
b) Bowman capsule:-The filtered fluid passes through the Bowman capsule to renal tubules
