Steps of construction;

1. Draw an angle of 140 with protector.

2. Place your compass at point A and draw an arc (open your compass more than half of the line SA).

3. Similarly draw an arc from point B.

4. Where the arcs cut each other name the point M.

5 . Hence CM is your bisector.
