Hey Mate!

Your solution:

1. Draw a line on the paper.

2. Now, put your compass's sharp point on the first point of the line.

3. Next, open your compass to a small point and make a semi-circle (arc) and align it in such a way where the ending point of the semi-circle is on the same level as the first point of the first line.

4. Now you make a 180 degree or just add another line to the first point of the first line.

5. Now you have to put the sharp point of the compass on the semi-circle's first point (but face it downwards as upwards means the degrees go smaller and downwards the degrees go bigger) and then make a small, tiny arc which should be a bit slanted towards the left if your notebook is not upside-down and if you have kept your notebook upside down then make the arc close to the right (NOT a semi-circle).

6. Repeat this with the other point of the semi-circle except make the arc closer to the first arc meaning have them intersected.

7. Now your arcs should definitely intersect and once this is done make a line starting from the first point of the semi-circle, crossing through the arcs.

8. YOU'RE DONE! I know this is long so I should probs end it here.

HOPE IT HELPED!
