first construct a line and mark any point "a" in it. Then take any radius in the compass and cut an arc and name the point where the arc and line intersects as "b". now with the same unchanged radius keeping "b" as centre draw an arc and name the point of the intersection of both the arcs as "c". now draw a ray from "a" joining "c".

your answer is included in the pic..

for the sake of your convenience
I'm giving you the steps involved

➡ draw a straight line OA

➡ keep compass on O and draw an arc

➡ keep your compass on the point where the arc cuts OA

➡ draw another arc through that point

➡ both the concerned arcs cut at C

➡ join and extend OC

➡ now keeping compass point on C draw an arc

➡ draw another arc through the point where the first arc which we had drawn (which cut OA)

➡the arc meets at a point E... join OE

hence we get two equal angles DOE and EOA= 30° each
and a big angle DOA = 60°
