1.Draw a ray BC

2.Place center of the protractor on point B, and coincide line BC and protractor line.

3.Mark point A on 153∘

4.Join AB

∴∠ABC=153∘

5.Mark points D and E where arc intersects AB and BC

6.Now, taking D and E as centers and with the radius more than 21DE, draw arcs to intersect each other.

7.Let them intersect at point X

8.Join B and X

∴BX is bisector of ∠ABC=153∘

9.Mark point F where BX intersects the arc

10.Now, taking E and F as centers and with the radius more than 21EF, draw arcs to intersect each other.

11.Let them intersect at point Y

12.Join B and Y

∴BY is bisector of ∠ABX

Now we draw bisector of ∠CBX

13.Taking D and F as centers and with the radius more than 21DF, draw arcs to intersect each other.

14.Let them intersect at point Z

15.Join B and Z

∴BZ is bisector of ∠CBX

Thus, we have divided 153∘ in to 4 equal parts.

I hope my answer would help u...
