1) Make a line AB of 6 cm with the help of ruler.

2) Take the compass with pencil in it.

3) extend it to 6cm with the help of ruler.

4) Now keep the compass on A and make an arc.

5) Now again keep the compass on B and make an arc which will intersect the first arc.

6) The point of intersection of both the arc should be marked as C.

7) Now, join AC and BC.

8) Now, u can see that ABC is an equilateral triangle of each side 6 cm and made with the help of compass and ruler.
