So,
In case of the medians in the triangle ABC here, the medians drawn from the A, B and C meet the opposite sides at M, L and N respectively.
Also,
The altitudes meet the sides at M, P and Q respectively to their opposite sides.
The point M is the point of median and the altitude both because in the isosceles triangle the median and the altitudes are both the same.
Now, the point O is trhe point of concurence of all the medians as the medians meet each other at that point.
