First of all let me tell you an angle is said to be obtuse if it is greater than 90 and is called acute if it is lesser than 90.

Now we can call a triangle is obtuse angled if it has any one of its three interior angle as an obtuse angle.

The steps for construction is very easy first of all you have to draw a horizontal line of arbitrary length.

Secondly with the help of protractor you have to draw any obtuse angle, i.e. more than 90 degree at one side of the line. On the other side of the line draw an acute angle.

Extending both the lines you can find they meet at some point say C, which is again an acute angle.

D is the centroid.
