Steps of construction :

1) Construct an angle ∠ABC=50° .

2) Now, Adjust your compass to some length which is less than the rays of your Angle ABC,

3) Draw a arc cutting the two rays as shows in the figure - ( 1 ) . Name the arc PRQ

4) Now, Draw a ray YZ with any length as per your convenience

5) Now, From Y, Draw an arc with length equal to BP. The point of intersection of the arc with ray YZ, Mark it as G.

6) Now, Measure the length of PQ with the compass and with the same radius, draw an arc from G.

7) This arc will intersect the previous one ,and mark that as H

8) Draw a ray from Y passing though H, Name the ray to be X.

9) Hence, We have constructed a ∠XYZ equal to ∠ABC = 50°
