quadrilateral AB'C'D'  is constructed with each side equal to 4/5th of the corresponding side of quadrilateral ABCD

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1 : Draw any quadrilateral ABCD

Step 2 : Draw an acute angle at AB opposite to line segment CD

Step 3 : Take 5 equal length on acute angle drawn

Step 4 : Join Last 5th With B

Step 5 :  Draw a paralleli line line to lin edrawn in 4th step such that it passes through 4th point in step 3 and cut AB at B'

Step 6 : Repeat step 2 to 6 now taking AD and opposite to BC and get point D'

Step 7 : Draw a line paralell to CD passind through D'

Step 8 : Draw a line parallel to BC passing through B' and cuttting line drawn in step 7 at C'

Step 9 AB'C'D'  is (4/5) of ABCD
