Procedure : Suppose 'AB' is the given line .

Draw a circle with taking centre as 'O'. Draw line CD passing through point 'O' intersecting the circle at points 'P' and 'Q' which will be the secant .

Draw a line 'EF' passing through the circle through point 'R' which will be the tangent .

Now back to your Question ,

Since AB//CD & CD//EF

Therefore , AB//CD//EF
