Answer:

First of all draw a circle of 3 cm. At any point on a circle put a needle of compass and mark a arc of 4.2 cm & join the point and arc then draw a triangle through it & take a distance of two lines of triangle and mark the arc on the otherside of triangle then do again on other side & tangent is drawn

Draw a circle with 3cm and after that Draw a chord of 4.2cm take points P & Q respectively take point R on the circle and make a ∆PQR

After that make an arcs on all the points after that draw the tangents to the point P & Q.
