The diagram (1) is the "distance time graph" diagram when body is at rest. Let OP be the time axis, A and B be the two points in which it represents to motion of the object which is at rest. An object is said to be at rest, if the points AB is parallel to the time axis T.

The diagram (2) is the "distance time graph" diagram when a body is under uniform motion. Let O be the center point in which the body moves in a uniform motion in an inclined way C to time axis T. A body is under uniform motion, when the body OC is inclined to the time axis T.

The diagram (3) is the "distance time graph" diagram of the body which is in non-uniform motion. It is a non-zero acceleration and covers distance that are uncertain that is represented in a curved form.
