Solution: Given data is tabulated as under
![\begin{table}[] \begin{tabular}{|l|l|} \cline{1-2} \begin{tabular}[c]{@{}l@{}}Observation\\ \\ \\ (x)\end{tabular} & \begin{tabular}[c]{@{}l@{}}Frequency\\ ( f)\end{tabular} \\ \cline{1-2} 80-90 & 6 \\ \cline{1-2} 90-100 & 9 \\ \cline{1-2} 100-110 & 16 \\ \cline{1-2} 110-120 & 13 \\ \cline{1-2} 120-130 & 4 \\ \cline{1-2} 130-140 & 2 \\ \cline{1-2} Total & 50 \\ \cline{1-2} \end{tabular} \end{table} \begin{table}[] \begin{tabular}{|l|l|} \cline{1-2} \begin{tabular}[c]{@{}l@{}}Observation\\ \\ \\ (x)\end{tabular} & \begin{tabular}[c]{@{}l@{}}Frequency\\ ( f)\end{tabular} \\ \cline{1-2} 80-90 & 6 \\ \cline{1-2} 90-100 & 9 \\ \cline{1-2} 100-110 & 16 \\ \cline{1-2} 110-120 & 13 \\ \cline{1-2} 120-130 & 4 \\ \cline{1-2} 130-140 & 2 \\ \cline{1-2} Total & 50 \\ \cline{1-2} \end{tabular} \end{table}](https://tex.z-dn.net/?f=%5Cbegin%7Btable%7D%5B%5D+%5Cbegin%7Btabular%7D%7B%7Cl%7Cl%7C%7D+%5Ccline%7B1-2%7D+%5Cbegin%7Btabular%7D%5Bc%5D%7B%40%7B%7Dl%40%7B%7D%7DObservation%5C%5C+%5C%5C+%5C%5C+%28x%29%5Cend%7Btabular%7D+%26amp%3B+%5Cbegin%7Btabular%7D%5Bc%5D%7B%40%7B%7Dl%40%7B%7D%7DFrequency%5C%5C+%28+f%29%5Cend%7Btabular%7D+%5C%5C+%5Ccline%7B1-2%7D+80-90+%26amp%3B+6+%5C%5C+%5Ccline%7B1-2%7D+90-100+%26amp%3B+9+%5C%5C+%5Ccline%7B1-2%7D+100-110+%26amp%3B+16+%5C%5C+%5Ccline%7B1-2%7D+110-120+%26amp%3B+13+%5C%5C+%5Ccline%7B1-2%7D+120-130+%26amp%3B+4+%5C%5C+%5Ccline%7B1-2%7D+130-140+%26amp%3B+2+%5C%5C+%5Ccline%7B1-2%7D+Total+%26amp%3B+50+%5C%5C+%5Ccline%7B1-2%7D+%5Cend%7Btabular%7D+%5Cend%7Btable%7D)
As there is equal distance between each class so size of rectangles in the histogram remains same.
Mode:
Mode of grouped data is calculated by the formula

Highest frequency class is modal class i.e.100-110

2) Mode can be calculated graphically by calculating the class Mark of the highest frequency class
Highest frequency class 100-110
Class Mark = (100+110)/2= 105
Hope it helps you.
