Answer:

It is the third stage of the mitosis. During this stage the centromeres start moving towards the opposite poles.

EVENTS TAKING PLACE

1 The centromere which hold two sister chromatids splits.

2 The spindle fibre attach to the kinetochore now shorten .

3 The centromere of the dughter chromosomes move towards the opposite poles and arms of chromosome trail it . IT is the best phase to study shape of chromosome.
