Draw line AB = 6.5cm
With A and B as a centre and radius more than half of AB, draw arcs above AB intersecting each other at M.
With A and B as a centre and same radius, draw arcs below AB intersecting each other at N
Join MN
Mark intersection point of MN and AB at O
Thus MO bisects AB
