this is what we call solenoid, or a cunductor which winded with insulated copper wire in current is flowing through it. n we no from oirsted experiment that a current carrying cunductor creats magnetic field around it.

these are only of electromagnet

ohh yes sorry i forget that u should know that a straight current carrying cunductor's magnetic field is in anticlockwise when current move upwards n vise versa
