which is 1+5+18

=24

take nitrogen as central atom

 and attach all atoms by  giving bond

see how much electrons left=24-2(bonds)

=24-8

=16

next give electrons to complete octet

means we should give 5 to each oxygen and no electron to hydrogen(already stable)

electrons that will go to oxygen=5*3

=15

electrons remaining=1

lets give that one electron to nitrogen so that it completes octet configuration
