We know that, the bar graphs are drawn on the graph sheets. As the name itself tells that it's made on graph. The bar graph is one of the method that is used to represent the data given to us.

As the name says that these are are done by drawing the bars on the graphs. The bar graph consists of two lines which are also known as axis. There are two axis namely y-axis and x-axis.

The x-axis represents the name of the given data where has the y-axis represents the number of each data.

The main concept that should be written with each bar graph is very important. this is known as scale. This concept is also used in making of maps. We use it here that how many of the given data represents each value of y-axis.

In this question the scale tells us that each value in the y-axis represents two number of students.

There are two types of bar graphs namely Single bar graph and Double bar graph. To solve this question we use the double bar graph because in each class we're given with the date of boys and girls.
