DRAW A PERPENDICULAR BISECTOR.
WHEREVER THE PERPENDICULAR BISECTOR INTERSECT THE LINE TAKE THAT POINT AS CENTER AND DRAW A CIRCLE .
JOIN THE POINTS WHERE THE CIRCLE TOUCHES THE CIRCLE WITH CENTER B .

Steps of Construction :
Step 1. Place the pointer of the Compass at the Initial Point of the Ruler ( ie. 0 cm ) and extend the other hand of the pencil measuring 5cm from the Initial Point.
Step 2. Mark a point O on a paper. This is supposed to be the centre of the Circle you are about to Construct.
Step 3. Place the Pointer of the Compass at O.
Step 4. Turn the compass slowly through 360° to draw a Circle.
