Respiration takes place in the mitochondria of the cell in the presence of oxygen that is called aerobic respiration.
Oxygen that is a by product exits through stomata, root cell walls, and other routes.
Ribosomes that are present on rough endoplasmic reticulum of the plant helps in protein synthesis.
The cell membrane, which is against the inside of the cell wall, regulates the movement of molecules and ions in and out of the cell.
Hope this may help you!!
