The diagram of the frog lifecycle is given in the picture below.

Explanation:  

Frogs are those amphibians that lay eggs in water and leave them to develop without further care. Once the fertilized egg becomes mature, yolks from each egg split to form more cells. Later, they begin to take the shape of a tadpole, then larvae. Within a week, a tiny tadpole hatches free from the egg.  

Tadpole is the frog’s larvae having a mouth, a long tail, and rudimentary gills.  

After 12 weeks approximately, the frog reaches its adult stage completely, with gills disappearing into fully developed lungs and body.
