1. Cell wall:

plant cell have definite cell wall made up of cellulose.

Animal cell have no cell wall.

2. Centrosomes:

In plants centrosomes are not present.

Where as in animal cell it is present.

3. Vacuoles:

In plant cell vacuoles are prominent , one or more.

In animal cell vacuoles are small and they are temporary.
