Steps to draw the graph are as follows:

Draw y=x

Then y=|x|

Then y=|x|-1

Finally y=||x|-1|.

(1) Draw a line y=x.

(2) When we take mode (||) of a function, we take image of negative part of graph of function about x-axis(negative part means the part of graph which is below x-axis).

(3) For drawing y=|x|-1, we shift the graph downwards by 1 unit.

(4) As i said in part-1, again take mod of y=|x|-1.

Now by observing the graph we can tell that the range is 0 to infinity and domain is whole R.

Using similar methods you can draw other graphs also. Stay creative and try to imagine things as much as possible!!
