2x-y = -3
Putting value of x ,
2×(-3)-y= -3
-6-y = -3
-y= -3+6
-y=3
therefore y=-3
Putting value of x ,
2×(-3)-y= -3
-6-y = -3
-y= -3+6
-y=3
therefore y=-3

now y=2x+3
y=2*(-3)+3
y= -6+3=-3
