The graph can't be drawn here. I can show you only as follows:-

x+y=5 or, x=5-y

x-y=1or, x=1+y

Therefore,  in  x=5-y If y=1

then x= 4.

If y= 2, then x= 3

If y= 3 then x=2

Again in x=1+y

If y= 1, x= 2

If y= 2, x= 3

If y= 3, x= 4

Now you have to draw the x- y graph and plot the x and y points in each equation case.

Here, I can give you hint to draw the graph , make the scale of the graph to 5units .
