a) s-t  Graph:

Let the velocity be 'u' .

So,

S= ut

Linear equation

=> Represents straight line with finite slope.

b) v-t Graph:

a=0;

Using Newton's Equation,

v=u+at=u (constant)

=> straight line with zero slope.

2) Object falling freely under gravity.

a = -g (acceleration due to gravity)

Assuming zero initial velocity.

using Newton's Equation ,

v=u+at

 = 0-gt

=> straight line with negative slope.
