Answer:

–2x + y – 7 = 0

⇒ y = 2x + 7x = 1⇒ y = 2 + 7 = 9x = 0⇒ y = 2(0) + 7 = 0 + 7 = 7x = -2⇒ y = 2(-2) + 7 = -4 + 7 = 3

The point (-3, -2) does not lie on the graph.
