Answer:

know 5x5 = 25 and 6x6 = 36, so the square root of 30 is somewhere between 5 and 6. We'll start out by guessing 5.5.

\large\underline{\sf{Solution-}}

Given equation of line is

\rm :\longmapsto\:2(x + 3) - 3(y + 1) = 0

\rm :\longmapsto\:2x +6 - 3y - 3 = 0

\rm :\longmapsto\:2x - 3y + 3 = 0

\rm :\longmapsto\:2x  = 3y  -  3

Substituting 'y = 1' in the given equation, we get

\rm :\longmapsto\:2x  = 3(1)  -  3

\rm :\longmapsto\:2x  = 3  -  3

\rm :\longmapsto\:2x  = 0

\rm :\longmapsto\:x  = 0

Substituting 'y = - 1' in the given equation, we get

\rm :\longmapsto\:2x  = 3( - 1)  -  3

\rm :\longmapsto\:2x  =  - 3 -  3

\rm :\longmapsto\:2x  =  - 6

\rm :\longmapsto\:x  =  - 3

Substituting 'y = 0' in the given equation, we get

\rm :\longmapsto\:2x  = 3(0)  -  3

\rm :\longmapsto\:2x  =   -  3

\rm :\longmapsto\:x  =   -  1.5

Hᴇɴᴄᴇ,

➢ Pair of points of the given equation are shown in the below table.

\begin{gathered}\boxed{\begin{array}{c|c} \bf x & \bf y \\ \frac{\qquad \qquad}{} & \frac{\qquad \qquad}{} \\ \sf 0 & \sf  1 \\ \\ \sf  - 3 & \sf  - 1 \\ \\ \sf  - 1.5 & \sf 0 \end{array}} \\ \end{gathered}

➢ Now draw a graph using the points (0 , 1), (- 3, - 1) & (- 1.5 , 0)

➢ See the attachment graph.
