Draw the graph of each of the following linear equations in two variables:-
(1) x+y=4

Answer:

x+y=4

=>x=4-y

i) for y=0

   => x=4-0

   => x=4

ii) for y=1

=> x=4-1

=> x=3

iii) for y=2

=> x=4-2

=> x=2

∴ the coordinates of the graph are (4,0) , (3,1) , (2,2)
