2(x + 3) - 3(1 + y) = 0 \\ 2x + 6 - 3 - 3y = 0 \\ 2x + 3 - 3y = 0 \\ 2x - 3y + 3 = 0  \\  2x  = 3y - 3 \\ x =  \frac{3y - 3}{2}  \\  \\ y =   \frac{ - 2x - 3}{3}
