To draw the graph ,we need at least two solutions of the equation

Put x=0 in (1)

2y=−0+1

⟹2y=1

⟹y=21

So (0,21) or (0,0.5) is a solution of the equation

Put y=0 in (1)

2(0)=−x+1

⟹−x+1=0

⟹x=1

So (1,0) is a solution of the equation

With these two solutions we can draw graph of 2y=−x+1
