Draw the graph of the equation 2x + 3y = 11, from the graph find the values of y when a) x = 7 b) x = -8

→ 14 + 3y = 11.

→ 3y = 11 - 14.

→ 3y = - 3.

→ y = - 1.

→ 2x + 3y = 11.

→ 2( - 8) + 3y = 11.

→ - 16+ 3y = 11.

→ 3y = 11 + 16.

→ 3y = 27.

→ y = 9.
