Given equation :- x + 2y = 4

→ x + y = 4/2

→ x + y = 2

→ y = 2 - x

Put x = 0

→ y = 2 - 0

→ y = 2

(x,y) = (0,2)

Put x = 1

→ y = 2 - 1

→ y = 1

(x,y) = (1,1)

Put x = 2

→ y = 2 - 2

→ y = 0

(x,y) = (2,0)

Co - ordinate table

\begin{gathered}\begin{gathered}\boxed{\begin{array}{c|c|c} \bf x,y  & \bf x & \bf y  \\ \frac{\qquad \qquad}{} & \frac{\qquad \qquad}{} & \frac{\qquad \qquad}{} \\ \sf 0,2  & \sf 0 & \sf 2  \\ \\ \sf 1,1 & \sf 1  & \sf 1\\ \\ \sf 2,0 & \sf 2&\sf 0 \end{array}} \\ \end{gathered}\end{gathered}
