Friend the points for the cases are given below:

Case (i)   -     2x - y = 1

(0,-1)  (1,1)  (2,3)
____________________________________________________

Case (ii)   -     x + 2y = 13

(1,6)   (3,5)  (5,4)

Here,
It's given that 2x - y = 1
And x + 2y = 13

So,
In first equation
2x-y =1
2x = 1+y
x = 1+y/2

So 4 values of x and y are
X__0.5____1____2_
Y 0 1 3

Now in 2nd equation
X +2y = 13
Y = 13 - x /2
So,
The 3 value are
(1,6) (3,5) ( 5,4)

So the point to be marked are
(0.5,0) (1,1) (2,3) (1,6) ( 3,5) (5,4)

The triangle is above
