(1) 2y + 5 = 0

y= 5/2 = 2.5

it will be lie in first quadrant on y-axis between 2 and 3 divide

(2) x = 4

it will be lie in first quadrant on x-axis on 4 divide

(3) 3x + 12 = 0

x= -12/3 = - 4

it will be lie in second quadrant on x-axis between -4 divide

(4) y – 5 = 0

y=5

it will be lie in first quadrant on y-axis on 5 divide

(5) x – y = 0

x= y

it is constant because whatever the value of x and y it is always equal .so the graph will be a straight slope .

(6) 2x + y = 0

2x= -y
