Magnetic Field Lines through and around a single loop of wire carrying current is as follows :

In the above diagram we see that a conductor AB carries current I in the upward direction.

We know that a current carrying conductor creates a magnetic field around it which is in the form of concentric circles where, the conductor lies in the centre.

It is because when current is passed through a conductor an mmf is developed which creates magnetic flux.

Now using 'Right Hand Thumb' rule one can easily find the direction of the magnetic field lines that are created i.e if we put our thumb in the direction of the current, then the direction in which we curl our fingers gives the direction of magnetic field lines around it.

Now let us see what happens when we pass current through a single loop of wire carrying current :

Similarly, if we take any point in this circle of wire we can easily find the direction of magnetic field created at that point of the wire.

Now in a circular loop of wire carrying current what happens is that the resultant of the magnetic field gives us a imaginary North pole and a South pole, one pole on either side of the circular loop as shown in the figure.

Now greater the amount of current through the conductor greater the strength of this magnetic field.

Also greater the number of turns of this circular loop, greater the strength of this magnetic field.
