When a point charge +q is taken will have the different property.
- Here the property of induction came into work.
- As we know that conducting plate is uncharged when we place a +q charge near it, this will going to put the charge on the plate.
- But the charge on the plate will be opposite to that of the charge near to it.
- It means the -ve charge will be induced on the conducting plate.
- Then we know that +q charge field lines are plotted inwards to conducting plate.
