For Uniform motion  a particle travel with constant velocity such that slope of distance time graph is constant and thus graph (b) represent uniform motion

When particle travel with some acceleration then velocity of particle is changing continuously, so slope of distance time graph is constantly changing. Graph (c) represent non-uniform motion.
