Step 1: draw a line segment 6 as a AB using a ruler.

Step 2:draw an angle of 110 degree at be using protector.

Step 3: Using compass take 9 CM radius, draw an arc and mark as C.

Step 4: Join AC and BC.

ABC is a required triangle.

Step 5: Locate the compass at B and take more than 6cm draw an arc above and below the triangle, place the compas at A and cut each other.

Step 6: connect both the arc.

Step 7: Locate the compress with B and take more than the length BC, draw an arc above and below the triangle, place the compass at C and cut each other.

Step 8: Join the arc using a straight line.

Step 9: Marked the dotted line between (C to mid of AB) and (A to mid of BC).
