The easiest, and fastest way for you to do this is to first draw an equilateral triangle, meaning it has the same length for all three (3) sides and once done, try to check (but it will most definitely have) for the same angles on all three. after that, you will then use all three (3) corners as your fulcrum in drawing your circles, by doing so, you will then have your three concentric circles with equal distance between them.
Draw a circle of any radius and now subtract the distance u need b/w the circles from the radius. Draw the circle repeat this process.
ex: 1.draw a circle of radius 10 cm 2. assume that u want 2 cm b/w the circles. 3. 10-2=8 now draw a circle of 8 cm. 4. repeat step 2,3 .
