Step 1: Draw a line segment AB = 3 cm

Step 2: Draw a Semicircle Using radius 4 cm and taking A as center

Step 3: Now taking any point on Semicircle except point on Diameter and label it is C

Step 4: Join AC & BC

AABC is constructed

Two Sides of triangle are 4 cm & 3 cm

Third Side of triangle will lie in between 4-3 & 4+3

1< third side length < 7

Area of Triangle = (1/2)* 3 * 4

a - angle between two Sides

Area of triangle would be maximum when Sin a = 1

=> a = 90°

Area of Triangle = (1/2) * 3 * 4 Sin 90 = 6 cm²

Maximum possible area of triangle when third Side = 5

as third side increases or Decreases from 5, area of triangle will Decrease.
