Given : two circles one having radius 6 cm and other having 3 cm  

To Find :  Construct circle such that  the inner circle passes through centre of the other circle.​

Solution:

Step 1 : Take a point O

Step 2 :  Using compass width = 6 cm and taking O as center draw a circle

Step 3 :  Take a point  A on circumference of circle

Step 4 : Join OA

Step 5 : Draw a perpendicular bisector of OA intersecting OA at C

Step 6 : Using C as center and compass width = CA = OC = 3 cm draw a circle
