1.) A car at rest

A car at rest has a velocity of zero.

The graph is therefore along the x axis.

2.) A car moving in uniform motion.

This car moves at a constant speed.

It is therefore along a a value of V.

3.) A car moving in non uniform motion

This car accelerates at some point, then moves at a constant velocity and then decelerates.

4.) A car undergoing acceleration

The car begins from rest and its velocity increases with time.

5.) A car undergoing retardation.

The car begins at a certain velocity and its velocity decreases with time until it reaches zero velocity.
