a) Cell wall is the dead covering found mainly in plants to protect them from external stress. Cell membrane is the covering around the cell to regulate transportation of materials to the cell and it is living, also found in every living organisms.
b) Leucoplast is the the colourless organelle used for storage of starch, proteins and fats. Chloroplast is a green organelle which performs photosynthesis due to presence of chlorophyll pigment.
c) Vacuoles are found in plants only and are used to store excess water and waste materials.
d) A tissue is composed of cells of common origin and common function but an organ is composed of several tissues of different origin and generally performs different function.
