Today was a dreadfully hot summer day. I decided to go to the park and have some good quality time. I overheard some ladies gossiping about some big sale on vegetables being hosted on the other side of the park . I had nothing to do so I walked up to the other side of the park. Over the park fence I could see a feild with crops glistening in the sun as a farmer watered them. I looked around to see scarecrows placed around the field.I turned around glancing over the park to see a shed nearby and so I decided to rest my head for a while. Underneath the shed it was cool and comfy. After a while I decided to take my leave. On my way back I met a hawker selling fresh flowers on his wheelbarrow. I decided to get a small sapling with the money I had saved up by helping out my mom with the chores. That was a delightful day. I went back home tired and fell straight asleep for a long nap.
