Materials: 4 cups of same size, 4 different food colours, 4 white flowers
with stem.
Procedure:
• Take 4 cups. In each, add different food colours.
Add water and stir well.
In first three cups, place three white flowers with stem.
Take the fourth flower. Slowly cut the stem into half. Place one half
of the stem in third and the other half in the fourth cup.
Note down your observation and reason out for the changes observed.​
